Springtime Entertainment Facebook Ads Campaign

Client Request

Through musical acts and live shows, Springtime Entertainment provides entertaining and enjoyable experiences for the fine folks of Southern Ontario. Their upcoming show 'Remembering Roy Orbison' was approaching, and they needed to get in front of their audience to sell tickets.

The Project

This wasn't the first live show they were hosting, but their online presence could have been more significant, with only a handful of fans on their Facebook page. They had a budget that was on a smaller scale; however, they knew their audience and had run paid ad campaigns in the past.

Their ticket sales goal would be reached through several Facebook Ad campaigns through their already set-up page.

We would warm the advice through engagement campaigns to identify the real Roy Orbison fans. Once we had a foundational fan base, we would re-target with traffic campaigns to the ticketing website.

The biggest challenge was conversions were happening on a third-party website, so tracking the campaign's success would take some estimations. We relied on the ticket sales numbers and compared them to ad spend to determine success.

KPIs Measured

  1. Impressions - 184,162
  2. Engagements - 183,177
  3. Clicks - 14,139
  4. Click-through rate 2.3%
  5. Cost per click - $0.16
